SAFE WATER AT
THE TURN OF A TAP.

OUR WORK

Access to water is not enough, we seek to bring convenient, reliable and affordable access to SAFE WATER. With over 700 million Africans still without safe water even after years of interventions, we believe it is high time everyone focused on lasting quality access to water.

We deploy innovative, capital-efficient and next-level services and systems to provide safe water to mainly rural and small town dwellers in Africa with a focus on piped water supply that is SAFE to DRINK.

The solutions offered are bundled through four different offerings each targeted to a different customer segment. We do most things in house, from surveying, drilling, water filtration and testing, etc.

AMAZI

Our full rain-to-tap systems ensure all taps provide safe water and encourage rainwater harvesting. With this solution, households, schools, restaurants, clinics ensure safer water, save money, all while reducing the amount of run-off water that would otherwise cause flooding.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Hadidja Mukabaranga
INUMA client

Having INUMA in my house means

I can now clean the house and do laundry anytime I want. Before It was so complicated to find water, I would be angry with people who dirtied my floor and would watch the water I had. We used to wake up at 3 am to give our jerricans to a water collector we paid a lot of money to.

Andre Ndejuru
Uhira Client

We had 10 cows but the milk production was so low that its returns was not enough to pay for its upkeep. The cow consumption estimate of water is 50 liters and in zero grazing conditions, the labor force needed to fetch water was too important to allow any self-sustain exploitation.

I consulted local Water engineers whose solution was to capture a water source and construct 2 concrete water Tanks. The whole installation was a bit costly and no guaranty of constant water availability. I got to know about WAR through communications with family members  I visited their office and the same week, I took WAR to a field visit to assess the underground water availability. Within the two following weeks, WAR had completed the whole preliminary process and started the drilling work and within 8 to 10 weeks, water was available in the farm and also to our immediate neighbours.

Wendy Davenport
Voma Client

It was smooth getting our last filter. I simply texted and told the time I'd come by, and it was ready for me. I appreciate Water Access Rwanda because of their product and what it means to families in desperate situations and need clean water.
